Аннотация
В статье приведены актуальные классификации физиологических и патологических выделений из половых путей, представлена таблица-опросник для уточнения возможных факторов, спровоцировавших появление жалоб. Согласно международным протоколам и российским рекомендациям изложены методы диагностики и терапии урогенитального хламидиоза, трихомониаза, бактериального вагиноза и кандидозной инфекции.

The article presents modern classifications of physiological and pathological vaginal discharge as well as a questionnaire table for clarification of various factors that resulted in symptoms onset. Diagnostic and treatment methods for urogenital chlamydiosis, trichomoniasis, bacterial vaginosis, and candida infections are presented according to international protocols and Russian guidelines.
