В статье приводятся результаты анализа этиологических факторов формирования цирроза печени в Омской области. На основании проведенного анализа установлено, что в Омском регионе наиболее частыми причинами цирроза печени у мужчин до 59 лет являются злоупотребление алкоголем, вирусное поражение печени, а также их сочетание; после 60 лет также преобладают сочетания злоупотребления алкоголем и вирусного поражения печени. Наиболее частыми причинами формирования цирроза печени у женщин до 59 лет также являются злоупотребление алкоголем, вирусное поражение печени и их сочетание, в то время как после 60 лет среди причин преобладает исход вирусных гепатитов различной этиологии. Проявление синдрома печеночно-клеточной недостаточности являлось наиболее частым вариантом дебюта цирроза печени как у мужчин, так и у женщин, находящихся на стационарном лечении в период наблюдения.
The article presents the results of the analysis of etiological factors of liver cirrhosis in the Omsk region. Based on the analysis, it was found that in the Omsk region the most common causes of liver cirrhosis in men under 59 years are alcohol abuse, viral liver damage, as well as their combination; after 60 years, the predominant combination of alcohol abuse and viral liver damage. The most common causes of liver cirrhosis in women under 59 years of age are also alcohol abuse, viral liver damage and their combination, while after 60 years among the causes is dominated by the outcome of viral hepatitis of different etiology. Manifestation of hepatic cell insufficiency syndrome was the most frequent variant of the debut of liver cirrhosis in both men and women who are on inpatient treatment during the observation period.
