Аннотация

Многие женщины во время беременности испытывают те или иные кожные симптомы, вызванные иммунологическими, метаболическими и другими изменениями, происходящими в организме в этот период. Одна из частых жалоб беременных – кожный зуд. Примерно в 20% случаев причиной зуда являются атопические поражения кожи беременных, гистологически неотличимые от атопического дерматита, который также склонен обостряться в период беременности. Принято считать, что эти поражения обусловлены повышенной выработкой цитокинов Th2 (интерлейкина-4, 10) в организме беременной женщины. В терапии атопических поражений кожи беременных и обострения атопического дерматита на первое место выходят топические глюкокортикостероиды и средства ухода. В случаях ограниченных высыпаний или легкой степени дерматита могут применяться только средства ухода с выраженным увлажняющим эффектом. Использование увлажняющих средств позволяет минимизировать зуд и неприятные ощущения на коже. Одним из таких средств, применяемых нами в практике, является липидовосстанавливающий крем XeraCalm A.D, чья уникальная формула не только оказывает восстанавливающий и противозудный эффекты, но и повышает естественный иммунитет кожи.

Many pregnant women experience skin symptoms caused by immunological, metabolic or other changes that occur in their body during pregnancy. One of the most common complaints of pregnant women is itchy skin. In about 20% of cases, itching in pregnant women is associated with atopic skin lesions. Histologically, these lesions are indistinguishable from atopic dermatitis, which also tends to worsen during pregnancy. It is believed that these lesions are due to increased production of Th2 cytokines (interleukin-4 and -10) in the body of a pregnant woman. Topical glucocorticosteroids and skin care products are best treatments for atopic skin lesions of pregnant women and exacerbation of atopic dermatitis. In cases of limited rashes or mild dermatitis, only care products with a strong moisturizing effect can be used. Using moisturizers can help minimize itching and skin discomfort. One of these agents that we use in practice is XeraCalm A.D Lipid-Replenishing cream, the unique formula of which not only has a regenerating and antipruritic effect, but also enhances the natural immunity of the skin.
