Аннотация
Фаринголарингеальный рефлюкс (ФЛР) может вести к развитию патологии верхних дыхательных путей. Диагностировать ФЛР на основании жалоб достаточно сложно в связи с отсутствием в ряде случаев заболевания типичных проявлений рефлюкс-синдрома. Применение суточного импеданс-рН-мониторирования пищевода не всегда возможно в связи с инвазивным характером исследования и труднодоступностью метода. Цель исследования – разработка доступного неинвазивного способа диагностики ФЛР. Группу исследования составили 48 пациентов с доказанным по результатам суточной импеданс-рН-метрии ФЛР. Контрольную группу составили 20 здоровых пациентов. На основании анализа жалоб пациентов сформирован опросник «Индекс ФЛР». Оценка опросника проводилась с помощью ROC-анализа. Пациенты, набравшие по результатам заполнения опросника 5,5 балла, с вероятностью 93,2% имеют ФЛР. Таким образом, разработан способ диагностики ФЛР, включающий одновременное сопоставление ларингоскопических признаков ФЛР с наибольшей диагностической чувствительностью (гиперемия, отечность, мацерация и складчатость межчерпаловидного пространства) и результатов заполнения опросника «Индекс ФЛР», который позволяет диагностировать наличие или отсутствие у пациента ФЛР.
