Аннотация
Среди заболеваний ЛОР-органов у пациентов с муковисцидозом ведущим является хронический риносинусит. Дыхательный эпителий, выстилающий поверхность верхних и нижних дыхательных путей (ДП), имеет одинаковое строение. И, как следствие, у пациентов с муковисцидозом наряду с бронхиальным деревом в воспалительный процесс вовлекаются верхние отделы ДП, при этом развивается хронический риносинусит. Нарушение дренажной функции приводит к застою инфицированной густой слизи. Необходимы своевременное обследование и лечение патологии верхних ДП у больных муковисцидозом. В хирургическом лечении методом выбора является расширенная эндоскопическая функциональная риносинусохирургия. Наблюдение ЛОР-врачом и консервативное лечение полипозного риносинусита должны проводиться в течение всей жизни пациента с муковисцидозом.
