Аннотация
В статье приводятся современные представления о влиянии вирусного гепатита С на течение беременности, тяжести материнского заболевания, связанных с этим способах родоразрешения и возможной вертикальной передачи. Показаны эпидемиологические данные о распространенности в мире и Российской Федерации, факторы риска перинатальной передачи вирусного гепатита С, течение беременности у женщин, инфицированных вирусом гепатита С. Поиск необходимых литературных источников производился в базах данных Scopus, PubMed, MedLine, The Cochrane Library, РИНЦ.
