Аннотация
Саркоидоз является полисистемным воспалительным хроническим заболеванием, характеризующимся наличием неказеозных гранулем чаще всего в легких и во внутригрудных лимфатических узлах. Назофарингеальная форма относится к редким локализациям данного вида воспалительного процесса. Клиническими проявлениями патологии служат затруднение носового дыхания, гнусавость и постназальный синдром. Эндоскопия носоглотки, компьютерная томография и магнитно-резонансная томография являются основными диагностическими методами выявления поражений этой зоны. Верифицировать диагноз возможно посредством гистологического исследования патологического процесса. Учитывая вторичный характер распространения саркоидоза, всем пациентам рекомендована консультация врача-ревматолога для подбора адекватной системной терапии. Рассмотрен клинический пример ведения пациента с саркоидозом носоглотки.
