Аннотация
В статье, написанной ревматологом и рентгенологом, которые в течение многих лет занимаются диагностикой анкилозирующего спондилита (АС) / аксиального спондилоартрита, даются советы в отношении рационального распознавания рассматриваемых заболеваний. Во 2-й части статьи приводятся сведения о характерных для АС / аксиального спондилоартрита изменениях позвоночного столба, имеющих диагностическое значение и определяющих прогноз так называемой центральной формы АС.
