Аннотация

Термином «гиперплазия эндометрия» (ГЭ) длительное время обозначались разные патологические процессы. Не случайно в научной литературе 1950–1970 гг. приводились данные о прогрессировании ГЭ в рак эндометрия в 5–50% случаев. Понятно, что такой разброс данных мог быть обусловлен только одной причиной: включением в ГЭ совершенно разных патологических, а иногда и физиологических состояний эндометрия.
Цель: изучить на основании данных литературы и собственного материала риск малигнизации простой, сложной и атипической ГЭ. Изучены результаты диагностического выскабливания у 460 пациенток с аномальными маточными кровотечениями и хирургического лечения 132 пациенток с атипической ГЭ.

The term «endometrial hyperplasia» (EH) is used for different pathological processes for a long time. It is not accident that in the scientific literature of 1950–1970 there are data of different authors on the progression of EH in endometrial cancer in 5–50% of cases. Of cause, such data dispersion could be due to one reason only: different pathological and sometimes physiological states of endometrium were included in EH term. The purpose of this research was to study the risk of malignancy of simple, complex and atypical endometrial hyperplasia, basing on literature and our own data. Results of the diagnostic curettage in 460 patients with abnormal uterine bleeding and the surgical treatment of 132 patients with atypical endometrial hyperplasia are investigated.
