В статье обсуждаются причины бесплодия у женщин с эндометриозом. Представлены основные изменения в пролиферативной фазе менструального цикла, рецептивности эндометрия, особенности децидуализации, апоптоза в эндометрии у женщин с эндометриозассоциированным бесплодием.
The problems of infertility in women with endometriosis are considered. The main changes in the proliferative phase of the menstrual cycle, decidualization, endometrial receptivity and apoptosis are presented in women with endometriosis-associated infertility.
