Based the materials of an epidemiological sampling study of cervical precancer incidence it has been found: growth of primary CIN incidence (growth rate amounted to +7,9% according to the appealability data; p<0,001); dynamic change of CIN structure with CIN I domination: CIN I (45,7%) against CIN II (37,0%) and CIN III (17,8%), CIN I increment (Tincr.=+7,4%; p<0,001); a considerable change of CIN age structure tended to the disease predominance in 18–35 years patients (Tincr.=+11,3%; p<0,001). Through the 384 patients with CIN I–III complex examination against the background of HPV and 84 controls social risk factors of CIN development were found: early onset of sexual life, promiscuity, irregular barrier contraception or its absence (p<0,05), a slight interval between menarche and sexual debut (p=0,06). Thus, structure and value of CIN risk factors has not undergone vital changes against the background of CIN incidence growth.
