Многие изменения на шейке матки могут быть не связаны с цервикальной интраэпителиальной неоплазией и риском возникновения рака. Вопрос о тактике и целесообразности лечения при этих состояниях часто является дискуссионным. Несколько полезных клинических рекомендаций по оптимальному ведению таких пациенток представлены в данной статье.
Most abnormalities of the cervix may not be associated with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia and cancer risk. Management and appropriateness of treatment for these conditions is often controversial. A few useful suggestions on the optimal clinical management of these patients is presented in the article.
