Аннотация
Рак яичников (РЯ) является одной из наиболее распространенных локализаций онкологических заболеваний женской половой сферы. Ассоциация РЯ с беременностью остается редкой и крайне сложной проблемой. Отсутствие патогномоничных симптомов заболевания вплоть до распространенных стадий процесса создает трудности диагностики РЯ. Наличие злокачественной опухоли может негативно сказаться на течении беременности, в то время как наличие самой беременности может спровоцировать активное прогрессирование опухолевого процесса. Трудность диагностики начальных стадий РЯ ввиду отсутствия патогномоничных клинических проявлений приводит к первичному выявлению процесса на распространенных стадиях, что значительно ухудшает прогноз течения заболевания. Современная медицина располагает различными методами диагностики РЯ, однако их применение во время беременности имеет свои ограничения и отличия. Необходимо оптимизировать подходы к ведению данной группы пациенток, в первую очередь направленные на раннее выявление злокачественных опухолей яичников.

Ovarian cancer is one of the most common locations of cancer of female genitalia. Association of ovarian cancer with pregnancy is rare and extremely difficult problem. The absence of pathognomonic symptoms until the advanced stage of the process makes it difficult diagnosis of ovarian cancer. The presence of a malignant tumor may adversely affect the course of pregnancy, while the presence of the pregnancy can provoke active progression of cancer. The difficulty in diagnosing early stages of ovarian cancer because of the lack of pathognomonic clinical manifestations leads to the identification of the primary process in the advanced stage, which significantly worsens the prognosis of the disease.
Modern medicine offers a variety of methods of diagnosis of ovarian cancer, but their use during pregnancy has its limitations and differences. It is necessary to optimize approaches to managing this group of patients, primarily aimed at early detection of malignant ovarian tumors.
