В статье представлены современные данные о синдроме гиперстимуляции яичников. Даны классификация, критерии оценки тяжести, и в алгоритмичной форме приведен лечебно-диагностический подход к ведению пациенток. Отдельно освещены вопросы профилактики тромбоэмболических осложнений. Ключевые слова: синдром гиперстимуляции яичников, тромбоэмболия, асцит, беременность.

The article presents current data on ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome. Classification, criteria for assessing the severity and in algorithmic form, see diagnostic and treat-ment approach to patients management. Separately theis sues of prevention of thromboembolic complications.
