Аннотация
В статье обобщены результаты многочисленных рандомизированных исследований и структурирован подход к тактике ведения пациенток с первичной дисменореей. Стартовой терапией является назначение нестероидных противовоспалительных средств и/или эстроген-гестагенных препаратов. При отсутствии эффекта от терапии в течение 3 мес целесообразно перейти на препарат другой группы или комбинацию лекарств. Недостижение желаемого терапевтического результата в течение 6 мес является основанием для уточнения диагноза. Статья проиллюстрирована клиническим случаем ведения пациентки с первичной дисменореей.
