Аннотация
Цель обзора литературы – представление клинических научных данных, основанных на современных доказательствах информации, о ведении пациенток со стрессовым недержанием мочи, эффективности и безопасности периуретральных инъекций различных объемообразующих веществ.
Материал и методы. Проведен обзор отечественных и зарубежных источников, посвященных распространенности, этиопатогенезу и принципам лечения стрессового недержания мочи у женщин, в частности инъекционному методу.
Результаты. Приведены данные об этиопатогенезе, диагностике и методах лечения стрессового недержания мочи у женщин в зависимости от степени тяжести патологии. Проанализированы данные о периуретральных инъекциях различных объемообразующих материалов, их эффективности и безопасности.
Ключевые слова: стрессовое недержание мочи, недержание мочи при напряжении, периуретральное введение объемообразующих веществ, слинговые операции, биологическая обратная связь.
Material and methods. А review of Russian and foreign sources on the prevalence, etiopathogenesis, diagnosis and treatment of stress urinary incontinence in women, in particular the injection method.
Results. The review presents data of the etiopathogenesis, diagnosis and treatment of stress urinary incontinence in women, depending on the severity of the pathology. Analyzed the data of periurethral injection of various bulking materials, their effectiveness and safety.
Key words: stress urinary incontinence, the introduction of periurethral bulking substances, sling surgery, biofeedback.
Материал и методы. Проведен обзор отечественных и зарубежных источников, посвященных распространенности, этиопатогенезу и принципам лечения стрессового недержания мочи у женщин, в частности инъекционному методу.
Результаты. Приведены данные об этиопатогенезе, диагностике и методах лечения стрессового недержания мочи у женщин в зависимости от степени тяжести патологии. Проанализированы данные о периуретральных инъекциях различных объемообразующих материалов, их эффективности и безопасности.
Ключевые слова: стрессовое недержание мочи, недержание мочи при напряжении, периуретральное введение объемообразующих веществ, слинговые операции, биологическая обратная связь.
