В статье представлены современные данные по эпидемиологии функциональных заболеваний (ФЗ) желудочно-кишечного тракта (ЖКТ) у детей, общие патогенетические механизмы, алгоритмический подход к диагностике и принципы терапии. Показана роль ферментных препаратов на основе панкреатина для коррекции относительной панкреатической недостаточности при ФЗ ЖКТ.
Ключевые слова: функциональные заболевания желудочно-кишечного тракта, дети, относительная панкреатическая недостаточность, ферментные препараты на основе панкреатина в виде мини-таблеток.

The article presents the recent data on the epidemiology of functional diseases (FD) of gastrointestinal tract (GIT) in children, common pathogenetical mechanisms, algorithmic approach to the diagnosis and principals of treatment. Was shown the role of the enzyme preparations on the basis of pancreatin, such as Pangrol for treatment of a relative pancreatic insufficiency in case of FD GIT.
