The article presents a brief historical information reflects details of the etiology and pathogenesis of eczema sarcoma, its clinical manifestations, as well as the tactics of management of patients with this pathology. The data presented their own research and literature give a brief description of the clinical and epidemiological patients with atopic dermatitis, who are most at risk of developing potentially life-threatening viral infections, such as eczema sarcoma. Predictors of herpetic eczema are: early childhood (from 7 months to 2 years), before the start of atopic dermatitis in combination with a chronic relapsing course, the presence of other atopic diseases, and the presence of polyvalent sensitization stafilodermy.
