Статья посвящена проблеме псориаза у детей и подростков. Представлены краткие данные о распространенности, генетической предрасположенности, патогенезе, провоцирующих факторах, наиболее значимых в детском возрасте. Особое внимание уделено клиническим проявлениям псориаза у детей и отличиям его от течения псориаза у взрослых. Представлены клинические наблюдения, иллюстрирующие разные формы заболевания в детском возрасте. Рассмотрены методы терапии псориаза у детей. Особо отмечены меры профилактики, включающие в себя устранение провоцирующих факторов: хронических очагов стрептококковой инфекции, стресса, а также коррекции метаболического синдрома.
The article is devoted to the problem of psoriasis in children and adolescents. It presents brief data on the prevalence, genetic susceptibility, pathogenesis, provoking factors, the most important in childhood. Particular attention is paid to the clinical manifestations of psoriasis in children and to distinguish it from the flow of psoriasis in adults. Presented clinical observations that illustrate different forms of the disease in childhood. The methods of treatment of psoriasis in children. Emphasizing preventive measures, including the elimination of triggering factors of chronic foci of streptococcal infections, stress, and correction of metabolic syndrome.
