Аннотация
В статье обсуждаются методы стартового лечения острых респираторных инфекций. На фоне терапии препаратом ОМ-85 с первых дней заболевания отмечены достоверно значимое нарастание продукции секреторного иммуноглобулина А, более быстрое уменьшение выраженности симптомов заболевания, сокращение длительности заболевания, снижение медикаментозной нагрузки и предотвращение развития осложнений.
