В статье обсуждаются методы стартового лечения острых респираторных инфекций. На фоне терапии препаратом ОМ-85 с первых дней заболевания отмечены достоверно значимое нарастание продукции секреторного иммуноглобулина А, более быстрое уменьшение выраженности симптомов заболевания, сокращение длительности заболевания, снижение медикаментозной нагрузки и предотвращение развития осложнений.
The treatment strategy in acute respiratory infection is discussed in the article. Therapy with ОМ-85 noted fairly significant increasing production of secretory immunoglobulin A, faster reduction in the severity of the disease symptoms, reducing the disease duration, decreasing of using drugs and prevention of complications.
