В исследовании представлены сведения о влиянии оперативного лечения варикоцеле у мальчиков от 11 до 17 лет на состояние гематотестикулярного барьера (ГТБ). Определялись критерии нарушения ГТБ до и после оперативной коррекции данной патологии. На основании исследований, проведенных после оперативного лечения варикоцеле, нами установлена положительная динамика в показателях состоятельности ГТБ (отсутствие повышения концентрации белка клаудин-11 и антиспермальных антител, увеличение уровня ингибина В).
The study provides information on the impact of surgical treatment of varicocele in boys 11 to 17 years of age on the condition of the Blood-testis barrier. Criteria for the violation of the Blood-testis barrier were determined before and after the operative correction of this pathology. Based on the studies conducted after the operative treatment of varicocele, we have established a positive dynamics in terms of the consistency of the Blood-testis barrier (no increase in the claudin 11 protein concentration and antisperm antibodies, an increase in the level of Inhibin B).
