The article presents the comparative results of ultrasound signs of organs Hepatobiliary system in children with the syndrome of cholestasis during the first months of life. Here we demonstrate dynamic changes and combinations of these symptoms, which may be of diagnostic importance and help to differentiate between the biliary atresia and Alagille syndrome.
Key words: biliary atresia, Alagille syndrome, sonographic diagnostics.
