Аннотация
В статье приводятся исторические данные использования пробиотиков и последние законодательные всемирные и отечественные документы по их использованию. Разнообразие микробиома важно для поддержания здоровья, а пробиотики широкого спектра действия могут повысить эффективность лечения при разных заболеваниях. Приводятся группы заболеваний, при которых рекомендуется прием пробиотиков, и уровни доказательности их применения в соответствии с критериями Оксфордского центра медицины, основанной на доказательствах. Описаны результаты подробного исследования средства Максилак®.
