В статье приводятся исторические данные использования пробиотиков и последние законодательные всемирные и отечественные документы по их использованию. Разнообразие микробиома важно для поддержания здоровья, а пробиотики широкого спектра действия могут повысить эффективность лечения при разных заболеваниях. Приводятся группы заболеваний, при которых рекомендуется прием пробиотиков, и уровни доказательности их применения в соответствии с критериями Оксфордского центра медицины, основанной на доказательствах. Описаны результаты подробного исследования средства Максилак®. Ключевые слова: пробиотики, микробиом, синбиотик, Максилак.

Historical these uses of probiotics in the history of mankind prior to the beginning of an era of probiotics, both the last legislative world and domestic documents on use of these products are given in article. A variety of a microbiome is important for maintenance of health, and a probiotics of a broad spectrum of activity can increase efficiency of treatment at various diseases. Groups of diseases at which reception of probiotics, and levels of substantiality of their application in compliance by criteria of the Oxford Center of the Medicine Based on Proofs is recommended are brought. The remedy Maxilac®, which authors studied very in detail is described and give results of the research. Key words: probiotics, microbiome, synbiotics, Maxilac.
