The meeting of the Expert Council was held in Moscow, which included representatives of the leading Russian research and educational medical institutions. The main areas in the fight against the growth of antibiotic resistance are currently recognized as vaccine prevention and rational use of ABP. The basic principles of rational antibacterial therapy for community-acquired respiratory infections in children are sounded.
