В октябре 2018 г. Международная ассоциация по детскому и подростковому диабету опубликовала новый консенсус, рекомендующий более низкие целевые значения гликированного гемоглобина – менее 7,0% – и гликемии по сравнению с предыдущими рекомендациями. Обсуждается индивидуальный выбор цели гликированного гемоглобина – менее 6,5% во время «медового месяца», а при высоком риске гипогликемий или при отсутствии современных средств лечения диабета – менее 7,5%. В статье анализируются преимущества использования новых технологий в лечении и обучении детей и подростков с сахарным диабетом, подчеркивается необходимость родительского контроля. C этой точки зрения продемонстрированы преимущества мобильного приложения глюкометра Контур Плюс Уан.

In October 2018 International society for pediatric and adolescent diabetes (ISPAD) published a new Consensus recommending lower goals for glycosylated hemoglobin A1c (HbA1c) <7.0% and glycaemia compared to the previous recommendations. Individual choice of goals for HbA1c is discussed – <6.5% during “honey moon”, and at high risk of hypoglycemia or in the absence of modern means for treatment of diabetes – <7.5%. In the article the benefits of usage of new technologies in the treatment and education of children and adolescents with diabetes mellitus are analyzed, the need of parental control is underlined. From this point of view the benefits of mobile applications for glucometer Contour Plus One are demonstrated.
