Аннотация
Кашель – ведущий клинический симптом заболеваний органов дыхания у детей и наиболее частая причина обращения за медицинской помощью в педиатрической практике. Несмотря на преимущественно доброкачественный характер течения при острых респираторных инфекциях, кашель нередко приобретает затяжное или хроническое течение, что требует расширенного диагностического поиска и дифференцированного терапевтического подхода. В статье изложены современные представления о патофизиологических механизмах формирования кашля у детей, роли нарушений мукоцилиарного клиренса и изменении реологических свойств бронхиального секрета. Рассмотрены клинические варианты кашля в зависимости от продолжительности и продуктивности, а также ключевые направления дифференциальной диагностики при остром, подостром и хроническом течении. Особое внимание уделено принципам рациональной терапии, направленной на восстановление дренажной функции бронхиального дерева, уменьшение воспаления и снижение риска необоснованного назначения антибактериальных препаратов. Представлены возможности применения в педиатрической практике стандартизированных растительных лекарственных средств с доказанной клинической эффективностью и благоприятным профилем безопасности. Совокупность экспериментальных и клинических данных свидетельствует о том, что комбинация экстрактов тимьяна и плюща обладает многокомпонентным механизмом действия, включающим муколитические, бронхолитические, противовоспалительные и противомикробные эффекты. Благоприятный профиль безопасности позволяет рассматривать такие фитопрепараты как перспективный компонент комплексной терапии кашля и воспалительных заболеваний дыхательных путей.
