Аннотация
В статье приведены подробные данные о фармакокинетических и фармакодинамических особенностях различных представителей класса антагонистов рецепторов к ангиотензину II (АРА). Представлены показания, противопоказания, побочные эффекты препаратов данного класса. Особое внимание уделено антигипертензивной эффективности одного из представителей АРА – ирбесартана.

The paper presents detailed data on the pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic characteristics of different representatives of the class of angiotensin II receptor antagonists (ARA). It shows indications for and contraindications to the use of agents from this class and their side effects. Particular attention is given to the antihypertensive efficacy of irbesartan, a representative of APA.
