Аннотация
Неходжкинские лимфомы (НХЛ) костей встречаются не более чем в 7% случаев всех злокачественных опухолей костей и от 3 до 7% – среди всех экстранодальных НХЛ. Авторами описаны 90 случаев лимфомы костей. Химиотерапию на основе антрациклинсодержащих режимов ± ритуксимаб получили 35 (39%) больных. Сочетание химио- и лучевой терапии использовано в 44 (49%) случаев. Ранний рецидив наблюдался у 17 (35%) больных, из них генерализованный – у 7. Поздний рецидив отмечен у 32 (65%) пациентов, из них диссеминация процесса наблюдалась у 19.
