Химиолучевая терапия плоскоклеточного местнораспространенного анального рака (клинический случай)

Аннотация
Частота встречаемости плоскоклеточного рака анального канала не превышает 1,5–1,7% в структуре онкологической заболеваемости. Чаще данная патология выявляется у женщин как самостоятельно, так и метахронно с другими злокачественными опухолями. Согласно современным рекомендациям хирургическое лечение проводится в случае высокодифференцированной опухоли размером менее 2 см. В остальных случаях местно-распространенного рака анального канала применяют химиолучевую терапию. Основу химиотерапии составляют различные комбинации 5-фторурацила и митомицина и/или 5-фторурацила и цисплатина. Раннее рецидивирование и метастазирование рака анального канала обусловливает необходимость поиска новых подходов к терапии, поиска схем химиолучевой терапии с учетом биологических свойств опухоли.

The squamous cell anal carcinoma doesn't exceed 1,5–1,7% in structure of oncological disease. More often women have this pathology. According to modern recommendations, surgical treatment can be used in a case of high differentiated tumors in the size less than 2 cm. In other cases of the locally advanced anal cancer apply chemo-radiation therapy. The chemotherapy basis by various combinations 5-fluorouracil and mytomycin or 5-fluorouracil and cisplatin. Early recurrence and metastasis of anal cancer causes necessity of new approaches to therapy, search of schemes of chemo-radiation therapies taking into account biological properties of a tumor.
