Аннотация
Комплексный подход к диагностике поражения почек при неходжкинских лимфомах (НХЛ) является неотъемлемой задачей успешного лечения. Анатомические особенности почек у детей диктуют необходимость дифференцированного подхода в выборе методов лучевой диагностики патологии данной области. В статье приводится характеристика поражения почек при неходжкинских лимфомах у детей с учетом морфо-иммунологического портрета опухоли и результатов ультразвукового исследования (УЗИ), магнитно-резонансной и рентгеновской компьютерной томографии. Впервые в отечественной литературе представлена семиотика поражений почек при НХЛ у детей на основании данных УЗИ и компьютерной томографии.
