Аннотация
В обзорной статье приведены данные исторической эволюции хирургии молочной железы, а также современный взгляд на возможности ее реконструкции при выполнении мастэктомии. Многочисленные исследования радикальности данной операции указывают на ее безопасность при строгом отборе пациентов. Перечислены основные типы хирургических доступов, и показано современное представление о кровоснабжении сосково-ареолярного комплекса.
