Опыт лучевого лечения первичной болезни Педжета вульвы: клиническое наблюдение

Аннотация

В статье представлен клинический случай первичной неинвазивной изолированной экстрамаммарной болезни Педжета вульвы у больной 69 лет. При дистанционной лучевой терапии достигнута полная резорбция очага без дополнительных вмешательств, что позволяет рассматривать лучевое лечение как альтернативу операции.

Ключевые слова: экстрамаммарная болезнь Педжета, вульва, лучевая терапия.

We report a 69-year-old female patient with primary non-invasive isolated extra-mammary Paget’s disease of the vulva. EBRT resulted in full resorption of the lesion without auxiliary techniques, making EBRT to be considered as an alternative to surgery in some cases.

Key words: extra-mammary Paget’s disease, vulva, radiation therapy.
