Аннотация
Большое внимание в последние годы уделяется изучению клинического течения и своевременной диагностики синдрома растущей тератомы. Исследования показали, что поздняя диагностика процесса ведет к невозможности оперативного удаления опухоли, основного метода лечения больных с синдромом. В литературном обзоре указаны основные критерии для диагностики синдрома. Дифференциальная диагностика проводится с глиоматозом брюшины и злокачественными герминогенными опухолями. Огромное значение для правильной диагностики и своевременного выбора лечения имеет комплексное обследование.
