Целью исследования явилось изучение эффективности Нейромультивита в лечении дистальной диабетической нейропатии. Проведенный 3-месячный курс терапии (интенсивная и поддерживающая фаза) показал положительное влияние на симптомы и проявления диабетической нейропатии. Уменьшение болевого синдрома и улучшение восприятия самим больным симптомов получено уже на интенсивном этапе терапии (4 нед), а снижение неврологического сенсорного дефицита – в результате пролонгации лечения до 3 мес. В работе также проанализированы возможные механизмы влияния нейротропных витаминов группы B в терапии неврологических осложнений сахарного диабета.
The aim of the study was to study the effectiveness of Neuromultivitis in the treatment of distal diabetic neuropathy. A 3-month course of therapy (intensive and supporting phase) showed a positive effect on the symptoms and manifestations of diabetic neuropathy. A decrease in the pain syndrome and an improvement in the perception of the symptoms by the patient himself was obtained already at an intensive stage of therapy (4 weeks), and a decrease in the neurologic sensory deficit – as a result of the prolongation of treatment to 3 months. The work also analyzed the possible mechanisms of the influence of neurotropic B vitamins in the treatment of neurological complications of diabetes mellitus.
