В статье представлены современные данные о клинической картине, подходах к диагностике и лечению разных форм как вестибулярного, так и невестибулярного головокружения. С позиций доказательной медицины рассмотрены сведения об эффективности вестибулосупрессивных средств, а также методов компенсации вестибулярной функции.
Ключевые слова: головокружение, вестибулопатии, нарушение равновесия, болезнь Меньера, бетагистин.

The article presents modern data on the clinical presentation, approach to diagnosis and treatment of various forms such as vestibular and nevertebralnah dizziness. From the standpoint of evidence-based medicine reviewed the performance data vestibulocerebellar means and methods for compensation of vestibular function.
