Аннотация
В статье рассмотрены основные проблемы диагностики и лечения тремора – гиперкинеза, наиболее часто встречающегося в клинической практике. Приведена феноменологическая и этиологическая классификация тремора. Подробно рассмотрены клинические признаки эссенциального тремора и его вариантов, паркинсонического, дистонического, мозжечкового, мезенцефального, психогенного видов тремора. Обсуждены особенности тремора, связанного с гепатолентикулярной дегенерацией, сосудистыми поражениями мозга, лекарственными воздействиями, травмами, полиневропатиями. Даны рекомендации по лечению основных видов тремора.

The main problems of diagnostics and treatment of a tremor – hyperkinesis, most often met in clinical practice are considered in the article. Phenomenological and etiological classifications of tremor are given as well. The clinical features of the essential tremor and its variants, parkinsonian, dystonic, cerebellar, mesencephalic, psychogenic tremor types are considered in detail. The features of tremor associated with hepatolenticular degeneration, cerebral vascular lesions, drug effects, traumas, polyneuropathies are discussed. Recommendations for the treatment of major types of tremor are given.
