Аннотация
В статье представлены эпидемиологические данные и результаты клинических исследований, показывающие распространенность анемического синдрома у больных с хронической сердечной недостаточностью (ХСН) и связь прогноза заболевания с выраженностью анемии. Освещены ключевые звенья развития анемического синдрома при ХСН, методы диагностики и лечения дефицита железа у пациентов с ХСН.
