Basic principles of diagnosis and treatment of musculoskeletal pain The article defines the skeletal-muscular pain (SMP), the main principles diagnosis and treatment of SMP, an algorithm for managing patients with this pathology is given. The use of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs as preparations is discussed the first line for the treatment of SMP. Data on the tactics of managing patients with osteoarthritis, stressed the need for early diagnosis of this disease, the main methods of treatment of osteoarthritis and the prospects for the development of new therapies.
Key words: musculoskeletal pain, osteoarthritis, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory preparations.
