Одним из проявлений гастроэзофагеальной рефлюксной болезни (ГЭРБ) являются экстрапищеводные симптомы, в частности со стороны верхних и нижних дыхательных путей. Гастроэзофагеальный рефлюкс способен как самостоятельно вызывать респираторные симптомы, так и усугублять течение уже имеющихся заболеваний органов дыхания. В статье представлены имеющиеся в литературе современные сведения о патогенезе респираторных симптомов ГЭРБ, их клинического течения, вопросы диагностики и лечения.
