Аннотация
Хронические гепатиты B и C (ХГB и ХГC) являются серьезной медико-социальной проблемой мирового сообщества.
Цель исследования: изучить проблему стигматизации и отношения к больным ХГВ и ХГС среди подростков и взрослых.
Материалы и методы. Анонимное анкетирование проведено у 120 жителей Кировской области. Из них 94 взрослых (в возрасте от 18 до 76 лет; средний возраст 39,3±11,5 лет) разных специальностей, кроме медицинских (группа 1), и 26 подростков в возрасте 16–17 лет (средний возраст 16,5±0,5 года), учеников старших классов общеобразовательных школ (группа 2). Оригинальная анкета включала 16 вопросов, разделенных на 3 блока. В 1-м блоке содержались вопросы о социально-демографическом статусе респондента, 2-й и 3-й блоки включали вопросы по эпидемиологии инфекций вируса гепатита С (HСV) и вируса гепатита B (HВV) и об отношении к больным ХГС и ХГВ соответственно.
Результаты. В ходе работы у большинства респондентов (50–65,4%) из обеих групп выявлено негативное отношение к больным ХГВ и ХГС (в меньшей степени выраженное по отношению к близким родственникам и друзьям больным ХГС), которое проявлялось в стремлении исключить бытовые контакты и отказе проживать в одной комнате с больным ХГВ/ХГC, не желании совместного пребывания своего ребенка/брата в одной группе детского сада с больным ХГВ/ХГC ребенком. Страх перед заражением HBV/HCV-инфекцией связан с плохим знанием факторов и путей передачи этих заболеваний. В единичных случаях подростки и взрослые проявляли крайнюю степень деструктивного отношения, которое выражалось в принятии дискриминационных мер по отношению к данной категории пациентов – увольнение с работы и исключение из школы/ВУЗа.
Заключение. Полученные результаты свидетельствуют о наличии проблемы стигматизации больных ХГВ и ХГС в обществе, как у детей, так и у взрослых, что требует проведения планомерной работы по санитарному просвещению.

Fear of Contracting HBV/HCV infection has been linked to poor knowledge of the factors and pathways of transmission of these diseases. In a few cases, adolescents and adults showed an extreme degree of destructive attitude, which was expressed in the adoption of discriminatory measures against this category of patients – dismissal from work and expulsion from school/University.
Conclusion. The results indicate that there is a problem of stigmatization of patients with CHB and CHC in society, both in children and adults, which requires systematic work on health education.
