Аннотация
Приводятся клинические наблюдения сочетания генерализованного саркоидоза с поражением легких, внутригрудных лимфоузлов и кожи у больных с вариантной формой аутоиммунного поражения печени с подробным клинико-инструментально-морфологическим обследованием. На примере клинических случаев обсуждаются современные аспекты патогенеза гранулематозных заболеваний с аутоиммунными нарушениями.
