Аннотация
Приведена история болезни больного Е., 39 лет, с тяжелой формой синдрома раздраженного кишечника с преобладанием диареи (СРК-Д). У больного, помимо клинических проявлений СРК, сформировались соматоформные нарушения, которые проявились большим количеством внекишечных симптомов и привели к потере трудоспособности. Согласно рекомендациям Римских критериев IV (2016), основными препаратами для лечения биопсихосоциальной модели СРК являются антидепрессанты. Ремиссия заболевания с полным восстановлением трудоспособности у больного достигнута приемом дулоксетина – антидепрессанта из группы ингибиторов обратного захвата серотонина и норадреналина.
