Аннотация
Обструкция коронарных артерий, ассоциированная с транскатетерной имплантацией аортального клапана (ТИАК), бывает как интраоперационной, так и отсроченной, которая, в свою очередь, подразделяется на раннюю (до 7 сут после операции) и позднюю (>7 сут). Отсроченная коронарная обструкция (ОКО) представляет собой редкое осложнение ТИАК, сопровождающееся крайне высокой госпитальной летальностью. Приведенное собственное наблюдение иллюстрирует сложность своевременного распознавания ОКО. Учитывая объективные трудности неинвазивной диагностики, даже малоспецифичные клинико-инструментальные симптомы, подозрительные в отношении ОКО, должны рассматриваться как показание к использованию инвазивных методов диагностики и лечения.
