Аннотация
В статье представлены современные данные об этиологии, патогенезе, диагностике и лечении аутоиммунных и йододефицитных заболеваний в контексте возможных ассоциаций с другими аутоиммунными и неаутоиммунными соматическими патологиями. Заболевания щитовидной железы (ЩЖ) представлены в виде «сигнальной патологии», требующей внимания врачей, рассмотрены вопросы синдрома множественных аутоиммунных поражений, обязательным компонентом которых является заболевание ЩЖ, чаще всего аутоиммунное. Приводятся данные о возможной взаимосвязи аутоиммунных, йододефицитных и опухолевых заболеваний ЩЖ с точки зрения единых механизмов патогенеза и взаимовлияний. Сделаны акценты на клинические проявления тиреотоксикоза и гипотиреоза, их влияния на сердечно-сосудистую систему, связь с течением ревматических и прочих заболеваний. Показана важность персонализации диагностики патологии ЩЖ, обязательного исключения возможных ассоциированных заболеваний.
