Аннотация
В статье рассматриваются теоретические и клинические вопросы лучевых поражений кишечника, осложняющих лучевую терапию злокачественных новообразований органов брюшной полости и малого таза. Многие клинические аспекты данной проблемы остаются неизвестными из-за плохой осведомленности врачей и пациентов. Дальнейшее изучение лучевых поражений кишечника и разработка персонализированных подходов к их профилактике и лечению представляются актуальными направлениями в клинике внутренних болезней.
