Проблема лечения наиболее распространенных форм болевых синдромов сопряжена с целым рядом трудностей. Несмотря на то что современный арсенал фармакологических препаратов, обладающих анальгетической активностью, чрезвычайно широк, эффективный контроль боли достигается далеко не у всех пациентов.
