Аннотация
В обзорной статье отражены современные представления о функциональной диспепсии (ФД), основанные на положениях Римского консенсуса IV пересмотра (2016 г.). Рассмотрены вопросы дефиниции, классификации, этиологии и патогенеза, особенностей клинической картины и критериев диагностики ФД. Представлены актуальные данные о фармакотерапии ФД с позиций доказательной медицины.
