Дефицит витамина D является патологическим состоянием, которое вносит нарушения не только в метаболизм костной ткани, но и во многие другие физиологические процессы ввиду наличия у витамина D множества внекостных эффектов. В то же время распространенность этого состояния очень высока. Поддержание адекватного уровня витамина D является важным для функционирования большинства тканей и систем организма и поддержания оптимального состояния здоровья у людей всех возрастов. Данная статья посвящена терапевтическим возможностям коррекции дефицита витамина D у взрослых.
Due to various extraskeletal effects of vitamin D, vitamin D deficiency is a pathologic condition which affects not only bone health, but disturbes a lot of physiologic processes. It is a pandemic condition at the same time. Maintaining adequate vitamin D status is essential for people of all ages. In this article we discuss treatment options of vitamin D deficiency in adults.
